Corrections Policy
What counts as an error on this guide, how quickly it is fixed, which date moves and how to report a mistake.
How We Fix Errors
This corrections policy is short on purpose. Gambling pages go stale quickly, and a stale line can cost a player real money, so the rules are about speed and honesty rather than ceremony. Five things count as an error: a wrong figure, a term that has since changed, a link that no longer works, a sentence that can be read two ways, and a wrong date.
Not every error is equal. Anything that could make you deposit, wager or withdraw on false information is handled first. Everything else waits for its slot in the review cycle.

1
Report arrives or a recheck finds itErrors come from readers, from the scheduled recheck, or from the editor spotting a change in the cashier or the terms.
-
2
Reproduce it against the sourceThe line is compared with what the operator shows today. A report without a checkable source is held until one turns up.
-
3
Rate the severityMoney-affecting figures are high. Misleading wording and dead links are medium. Spelling and layout are low.
-
4
Fix, re-read, publishThe change is written, read a second time the next day where it touches money, then goes live with the right byline date.
High
Money figures: within 2 business days.
Medium
Links and unclear wording: within 7 days.
Low
Typos: next scheduled review.
How a Fix Is Written Up
This is not a log of past mistakes. It shows the pattern every correction follows, so you know what to expect when you see a page change.
| Error type | Was | Now | Date moved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bonus figure | Old offer | Current offer | Updated, Checked |
| Payment method | Listed | Removed or added | Updated, Checked |
| Withdrawal time | Old window | New window | Updated, Checked |
| Broken link | Dead URL | Working URL | Checked |
| Typo | Misspelt | Fixed | None |
Swipe sideways to see every column.
Updated moves when the meaning of a page changes, so a swapped figure or a removed payment method always shifts it. Checked moves whenever the editor re-verifies numbers against the source, even if nothing needed fixing. A dead link fixed on its own changes nothing a reader would act on, so only Checked moves.
A typo moves no date at all, because dates are a promise about facts, not spelling. Published never changes. If a correction is large enough to matter to a reader, the sentence itself says what changed, in plain words, near the line it affects.
Verification Protocol
A correction is only as good as the source behind it. Sources are ranked, and a lower one never overrides a higher one.
- The operator's cashier and terms. What the account page and the bonus terms show on the day.
- Regulator registers. Public lists kept by licensing and consumer bodies.
- Game studio data. Published RTP and volatility sheets from the studio itself.
- Government pages. Tax, the Interactive Gambling Act and state rules, read at the source.
When a figure cannot be verified, we do not estimate it. The page says "not published" or points you to the cashier and the terms page, and tells you to check the offer card before opting in. That applies to Betman Casino as much as to anything else on the site: the terms in force on the day you claim are the ones that count.
Payments pages are rechecked every month and every other page at least once a quarter. A material change, such as a new rule from a regulator, triggers a recheck straight away without waiting for the cycle.
Nothing goes live on a single read. The editor writes, leaves the text overnight where money is involved, then reads it again with the source open beside it. Most catches happen on that second pass.
What We Weigh and Why
These are the five criteria every page is written around, with their weight out of 100. It is a method, not a score: nothing here rates any casino.
Payment accuracy (30). The heaviest weight, because a wrong deposit floor or fee is the error that hurts most and is easiest to prove.
Bonus terms clarity (25). Wagering, game contribution, bet caps and expiry. We ask whether a player can find each of them before opting in.
Withdrawal experience (20). Stages, identity checks and the gap between approval and money landing.
Support and account handling (15). How questions about limits, verification and closures are answered.
Mobile and usability (10). Whether cashier and terms pages work on a phone, since that is where most Australians play.

There is one editor. Michael Roberts, our Casino Payments Editor, writes, checks and signs off every page, which means every correction has one name attached to it and nobody to hand the blame to.
The focus is Australian: A$ amounts, local law, state differences and the payment habits of players here. The full background is on the author section of the About page, and the method behind our testing sits on About this guide.
Who to Contact
Different problems have different owners. Sending the right one to the right place gets you an answer sooner.
An error on this site
Send the page URL, the exact line, what the cashier or terms say instead, and a screenshot. With those four items most reports are settled in one reply.
Your account or balance
Withdrawals, verification and bonus credits belong to the casino's own support, reached from its help centre. We cannot see accounts or move money.
An unresolved dispute
If support has had its chance and you still disagree, use the dispute authority named in the casino's own footer.
Gambling is hurting you
Talk to Gambling Help Online, a free national service with counsellors and chat.
Reports are read by the editor himself. If your account problem started with a figure on one of our pages, include both, and we will fix the page even if the account question has to go elsewhere. You can also check the withdrawal times page before you write in.
